Sydney Youngblood embodies the unmistakable sound of the late ’80s and early ’90s. With his unique blend of soul, pop, and funk, as well as his warm, distinctive voice, the Texas-born singer topped the charts internationally. No, dogs or other animals are not permitted anywhere on the event grounds or in the VIP areas.
You can easily reach the Dresdner Schlössernacht event grounds by taking tram line 11 to the “Elbschlösser” stop.
There are no parking spaces available directly at the event site. Please use the parking areas at the Saxony State Directorate or the underground parking garage at Waldschlösschen.
Yes, a shuttle bus will take you from the parking lots to Dresdner Schlössernacht and back. The shuttle runs from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Albrechtsberg Castle was built in the mid-19th century for Prince Albrecht of Prussia and is one of the most important buildings on Dresden's Elbe slope.
During the Dresdner Schlössernacht, the castle is impressively staged: spectacular video projections on the facade and an exclusive VIP area in the castle make it one of the special highlights of the event.
The Lingner Castle, built between 1850 and 1853, is one of the most beautiful vantage points on the banks of the Elbe in Dresden. The terrace offers a unique panoramic view from the Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) across the Blaues Wunder (Blue Wonder Bridge) to Dresden's historic Old Town.
The new "Lingner Lounge" is the first exclusive VIP area to be created in the Lingner Castle, adding another highlight to the stylish ambience of the Dresdner Schlössernacht.
Eckberg Castle, built between 1859 and 1861 on behalf of the merchant Johann Souchay, is nestled in a spacious park above the river Elbe. With its towers, bay windows and romantic location, it is one of the most picturesque castles on Dresden's Elbe slope and is now run as a stylish hotel
During the Dresdner Schlössernacht, Eckberg Castle becomes a special backdrop for culture and enjoyment and delights visitors with its unique atmosphere in the midst of nature and historical architecture.
The Saloppe, Dresden's oldest and probably best-known Beer Garden, looks back on a long history dating back to 1760. Today, it is a lively meeting place and complements the grounds of the Dresdner Schlössernacht as a special location.
As a botanical summer club in an idyllic natural setting, the Saloppe invites you to linger, party and dance - a place full of joie de vivre that unfolds its very own charm, especially in the evening hours.

The state capital of Dresden is collecting donations for the restoration of the Roman Baths at Albrechtsberg Castle to make this special place accessible again.
