How do I get the Dresdner Schlössernacht program booklet?

The program booklet will be mailed to you about 5 days before the event, provided you ordered it when you booked your tickets. Alternatively, you can purchase it at the venue.

Are dogs or other animals allowed?

No, dogs or other animals are not permitted anywhere on the event grounds or in the VIP areas.

How do I get to the event venue by public transportation?

You can easily reach the Dresdner Schlössernacht event grounds by taking tram line 11 to the “Elbschlösser” stop.

Is there parking available at Dresdner Schlössernacht?

There are no parking spaces available directly at the event site. Please use the parking areas at the Saxony State Directorate or the underground parking garage at Waldschlösschen.

Is there a shuttle service to Dresdner Schlössernacht?

Yes, a shuttle bus will take you from the parking lots to Dresdner Schlössernacht and back. The shuttle runs from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

The Venues

  • Albrechtsberg Castle

    Albrechtsberg Castle was built in the mid-19th century for Prince Albrecht of Prussia and is one of the most important buildings on Dresden's Elbe slope.

    During the Dresdner Schlössernacht, the castle is impressively staged: spectacular video projections on the facade and an exclusive VIP area in the castle make it one of the special highlights of the event.

  • Lingner Castle

    The Lingner Castle, built between 1850 and 1853, is one of the most beautiful vantage points on the banks of the Elbe in Dresden. The terrace offers a unique panoramic view from the Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) across the Blaues Wunder (Blue Wonder Bridge) to Dresden's historic Old Town.
